These mindsets and practical tools have been honed through a decade of mentoring leaders and facilitators across the world. Every page is full of ideas, stories and before/after examples that are immediately applicable.
By using the ideas in this book, you can approach sticky situations with confidence & calm and keep collaborative groups doing successful work.
What does "an early version of the book" mean?
It means that your reactions and insights will help shape future drafts of the book!
Some sections might be in outline form, or some images and examples might be placeholders.
Do I need to read it all at once?
No! You don't need to read the book all at once. Just like a regular book, you can read on your own time and dip in and out depending on your schedule.
Do I need to be an experienced group leader or facilitator to be a reader?
No, any level of experience with groups is fine. We are looking for readers at all levels to help us understand what is useful to people with different backgrounds.
What if I just don't have time at the moment that I'm invited?
That's completely okay. When you get your invitation, just let us know and we'll "snooze" your invitation until a future round of reading.
